CBS Students PRINT
Going against the flow in a corporate setting
As part of my voluntary work for CBS Students I joined the startup committee of CBS Students PRINT which has later taken over to be the only printing solution for the students at Copenhagen Business School. My primary task was to make the students aware of the new offer by creating a visual identity and an accompanying campaign. My secondary task was to create easy and understandable instructions for using the new wireless printing system.
As for the visual identity I wanted to create something remarkable – a logo which would stand out against the vast majority of boring black, white and dark blue business posters plastered all around campus. So I came up with a grungy logotype which was accompanied by a black background with colorful gradient stripes.
As for the campaign I came up with a short and versatile catchphrase which highlighted the most appealing part of the value proposition: wireless printing.
As of september 2016 remnants of the original visual identity can still be spotted around the CBS campus.
